Interview with Mosque Committee   A week after the training was executed, we formally ask for permission from the mosque committee to conduct a short interview on 23 July 2023 with the mosque committee to gather feedback on the system that we have develop. A total of three committee member took part in the interview,  which is Ustaz Azlan, Ustaz Ridhwan and the head of the committee usually known as Pak Long Deris. From the interview that has been conducted and the responses receive, the committee agree that with the existing of the system we developed would help them to gain more audience and help them to gain more donations unlike the traditional donation gathering method that they used previously. There are no suggestions for improvement receive from the response yet as they would like to try and used it for a longer period before suggesting an improvement towards the systems. USER MANUAL

  User Manual for Form Approval and Facebook Live. The user manual for the form approval and Facebook live was prepared in advanced for the mosque committee to refer to it when needed if unpredictable situation occurs when the person who supposed to manage the system are unable to handle it, hence others could handle it. The manual was submitted to the mosque committee after the training was completed as there were some amendments were made to the manual. The manual does not only include step by step to handle form approval and Facebook live, it also add along the email and Facebook username and password just in case they forgot the password to the Facebook and mosque email.

Presentation and Demo Sessions

       The presentation and demonstration session by group E was held at 8:30 a.m. (Sunday) at Ar Rahman Felda Bukit Tangga mosque, which was started by Nur Syahirah as emcee. This demonstration is divided into several sessions, including Facebook Live and Google Form demo sessions, training sessions, gift-giving sessions, and a closing with photography.      The first session started with a demonstration by Chua Hui Lee about using Facebook Live. This demo aims to teach how to use Facebook Live, such as launching a Live, writing a description, pinning comments, and more. The goal of this Facebook Live is to create and share videos about the talks in real time. Viewers can also donate to the mosque through this Facebook Live.      The second session continued with a demo from Nur Amiera regarding Google Forms. Discussion Task

  Division of assignments is done for future presentation work. Each member is assigned a task by using the wheel. The work that is divided is to create a poster/fb live footer, create a Google Form Donation, update Facebook, prepare a module/manual Facebook live and Google form and update & edit the blog up to the latest date Our group members have borrowed equipment, which is a projector at the School of Multimedia Technology & Communication (SMMTC) office.
